Richardson 112FPC Five Panel Champ Trucker hat with a structured, high-profile five-panel design.
Cotton-polyester twill front made from 60% cotton and 40% polyester.
Champ shape features a higher front crown with slightly sloped back panels.
100% polyester mesh back for airflow and a precurved bill.
Standard sweatband.
Adjustable Softsnap backstrap with a softer, more flexible feel. Adult one size fits most.
Graphic design is not included. All logos need to be high resolution and be reduced to black & white if possible. If you send a low-resolution or multi-colored logo, it can delay your order and result in a lower-quality patch. Preferred formats are ai, eps, pdf, jpeg, and bmp.
PLEASE READ: All of our patches are heat-pressed onto each hat using a high-strength adhesive. They are not stitched or sewn on. To preserve the patch, we recommend hand washing only.
A digital proof will be provided for your approval before production begins.
