Our custom patches are permanently laser-engraved, using no ink or vinyl. The engraving process seamlessly etches the design into the Acrylic, guaranteeing lasting quality.
These iron-on patches have heat-activated adhesive on the back and are simple to apply. Whether using a professional heat press (recommended) or a household iron (not recommended), you can easily customize your items with these patches.
Here's how to apply them:
1.Preheat the patch to make the acrylic pliable, allowing you to form it to the curve of the hat.
2. Peel off the paper from the back side of the patch.
3.A dual heat platen hat press is recommended to achieve the best results.
4. Cover the patch with a protective heat press pad or cloth. Set your Heat Press to 270 degrees for the top platen and 320 degrees for the bottom platen. Press for 40-55 seconds with medium pressure. Adjust if needed after checking the edges for peeling.
If using an iron, set it to the highest temperature and apply medium pressure for 30-45 seconds.
(Some cheaper presses may not fit perfectly, leaving gaps that could cause creasing or visibility of the center seam. To mitigate this, fold a cloth as needed and place it on top of the bottom plate to fill the gap between the plate and the hat's front.)
*Please keep in mind that these instructions serve as a starting point. Depending on your equipment, some trial and error may be necessary initially. Once you determine the optimal settings for your press, you can apply patches confidently every time.

✨LOGO/ARTWORK
After completing your purchase, please send us your logo through Etsy messages. All logos need to be reduced to black and white to maximize engraving quality. We won't be able to use low resolution images. An actual logo file is needed, not a photograph of the logo or a screenshot.
Preferred logo formats: .svg, .pdf, jpeg, and .bmp formats.

All sales are final since all our products are personalized and handmade. However, if your order has an error or defect, we will offer a complete refund or exchange upon receiving and inspecting the defective item.
